Park rules
We work hard to create a pleasant atmosphere on our motorhome site. Therefore, in addition to the Recron Conditions, we have drawn up some guidelines for a pleasant stay!
BBQing: BBQ and open fire is not allowed due to fire safety reasons.
Boat: If you have a boat with you, you can launch it at the slipway. Please report to one of the Area-X or Resort Marina Oolderhuuske staff members. At night you should park your boat on the trailer in the designated areas. Jet skis and rubber boats are not allowed.
Disclaimer: Area-X is not responsible for theft, accidents or damage on its grounds. The holiday maker is liable towards the entrepreneur for damage caused by the acts or omissions of himself, his family members, his guests or his admitted visitors as far as it concerns damage that can be attributed to him.
Camper pitch: You are not allowed to change your pitch. If you wish to do so anyway, please report to an Area-X or Resort Marina Oolderhuuske staff member.
Dogs: Dogs are not allowed in designated areas and sanitary buildings. Your dog must be kept on a lead throughout the site. Should an accident occur on the park, you must clean it up immediately. Your dog must not be left unattended on the motorhome sites.
Electricity: All camping pitches have their own power connection. In the case of an overload, the power supply will be disconnected automatically. You can ask the wakeboard pavilion for a reconnection.
Internet: At the park, guests can use the wireless internet free of charge.
Noise pollution: Loud music from radios, televisions or other equipment is not permitted. Between 22:30 and 08:00, the night rest period applies at Area-X. This also means that driving is prohibited for all motorised traffic on the site at that time.
Sanitary facilities: Clean facilities are important for all guests. We can only achieve this with your cooperation. In order to keep the facilities in a good condition, we therefore ask the following:
- Smoking and pets are prohibited in the washrooms.
- Avoid wasting water.
- Do not allow children up to 8 years old to enter or play in the sanitary areas without supervision.
- Do not flush damp toilet paper, sanitary towels, tampons, etc. down the toilet. This may clog it. Throw this in the appropriate waste bins.
- Clean up your own mess and help us maintain a pleasant space for everyone!
Trailer: It is not permitted to park a trailer at your motorhome pitch for this you will be allocated a pitch by one of the Area-X or Resort Marina Oolderhuuske staff.
Waste: You can deposit your waste in a sealed plastic bag in the environmental containers. This is for residual waste only. Glass belongs in the bottle bank. Washing and dishwashing water and other contaminated water, coming from your motorhome should under no circumstances be discharged into the ground but should be taken to the designated motorhome service area.
